This Latin dance workout combines easy-to-follow moves into a killer cardio session. Get your blood pumping, burn calories, and get fit in a serious cardio workout. We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check. Benefits A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class. Beginner to Advanced levels. Day: Tuesdays Time: 6:30-7:15 Dates: March 12 March 19 March 26 April 2 April 9 April 16 Location: Park Ridge Community Center 1 make up session is available for missed classes You do not have to be a Park Ridge resident to join the class.
