It’s that time of year to make (and stick to) your New Year’s resolutions!

If you’re like many people, fitness goals will be somewhere near the top of your list. Regardless of what you want to achieve, you need to find ways to ensure you stick to your goals.

How can you do this? Our New Year, Better You program is a community based program that provides accountability coaching, unlimited group classes (come 1 time per week or take all the classes you're able to make for 6 weeks), receive 3 home videos to workout at your own time and place as well as weekly nutrition and blog with nutrition tips to provide you a complete 360 degree program that is neither invasive nor impossible.

 

Tara had incredible results from this program 2 years ago. She only used the at home workouts and diet changes. This program helped her be accountable to her wellness commitment as well as lean on other members in the group. It's only 6 weeks and you can do it too!
