A Barre Above workout which fuses the best of Pilates, yoga, aerobics, and elements of strength training exercises to deliver a results driven workout that is both fun and dynamic. Barre helps strengthen and tone your muscles, improves posture and increases cardiovascular endurance and metabolism, which helps to quickly burn calories. Regular barre workouts can increase your bone density, which can help prevent conditions like osteoporosis. Get a full body workout while focusing on those legs, glutes and core. Turn up the music while we fire up those muscles inch by inch. Bring a mat, some hand weights and get ready to feel the burn! Bring a mat and a set of hand weights (optional)
