About Coach Barbara Barbara's fitness instructor began in 2010 as a spin instructor. After a tireless pregnancy, her body needed to slow down. She found barre as her main workout and immediately knew she had to teach it. After teaching 8 years of barre, she was craving more. Her mind and spiritual body needed more. With many thanks to her sister, she found her love for yoga. With the combination of barre and yoga in her life, she has found the connection her mind, body, and soul needed. Barbara is a passionate instructor who exudes boundless energy and unwavering enthusiasm for her craft. She wholeheartedly shares her experiences with her students, creating an uplifting and vibrant atmosphere in her classes.
