Service Description
9-12:30PM River Vale Schools are still off the week of September 3rd but Fitness with Friends has got you covered! Sign up for our ports camp run by Coach Jamik Let them spend the day engaging in activities to keep them active when school is STILL not in session. Speed and agility, dodgeball, kickball, water play, flag football, obstacle courses, relay races, basketball. There will be competitive play daily for many of the activities. For all levels and abilities, there's something for everyone! PIZZA INCLUDED ON FRIDAY Mark Lane Field, River Vale, NJ Boys and Girls grades 6-8th $59 for for single days Coach Jamik is a USATF Certified Coach. He is a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association, a NASE Certified Speed Specialist, CPR/AED, as well as a Certified Running Gait Analyst. He was also one of the coaches for the River Vale Raiders in 2022 and 2023.
