Service Description

Music with Nita–Class Description Nita’s mixed-age classes are designed for children from 0-5 years old and their parents, grandparents and/or caregivers. This “family style” class includes singing, dancing and playing instruments in a joyful and relaxed musical environment which promotes an inspiring community experience. Nita taught Music Together for the past 25 years, first in NYC and then she opened her own business, Jersey Valley MT, here in Bergen County. Nita is now an independent music teacher and has made it her mission to share her own music classes with as many young children as possible. She enjoys teaching weekly at several Bergen County libraries. Nita came from a career in musical theater, performing in both national and international tours and concerts. She has a Bachelor of Music from SLU and a BFA in Musical Theatre from CCM 6-week series Dates March 1, 8, 15, 22, 29, April 12 (No class Spring Break Week) 4:00-4:45pm River Vale Community Center Early bird special rate $139 until 2/15.
