FALL SERIES BEGINS SEPTEMBER 8 A type of high intensity interval training "HIIT" where you alternate short bursts of intense exercise with low intensity recovery periods. The Every Minute On The Minute "EMOM" workout will have you complete a specific number of reps within a minute and then rest before moving on to the next one minute exercise. Available in person only! Get your heart pumping and build strength and endurance with this early morning 30 minute high intensity training class where you will push your body to its limits with cardio and bodyweight exercises. Each class will focus on five different challenging exercises with one minute to complete each exercise. Track your progress and challenge yourself by completing each round five times. Join alone or with a friend for fun and friendly competition. Please bring a mat.
